The previous president of The Arab Writers Union wrote the attached pdf file to one of Amman's Palace Of Justice courts as an expert in assassinating other Arab writers who dare differ.Have fun in reading it since he thought himself the judge and the real judge functions only as a reader. What a trap the real mocking satiric writer caused him to write.

Mr. Walter is reading the case of the unknown Arab writer (Tayseer Nazmi) and he will decide if Nazmi (still alive) is able to translate Henry Miller into English or it was just a claim to obtain 2JD from Amman The Greatest Municipality !!
Mr. Mitty is also preparing the judge to look smartly into this case by investigating Nazmi if the later had made his contacts with the author of " The Air-Conditioned Nightmare" (1943) and had already taken his permission to be translated into English or not.
Do not get mad since this is going on only in our beloved country Jordan where our cultural expert lives and makes money,appears on J.TV. and writes his columns in the leading daily Jordanian paper in the country.

تيسير نظمي: المحكمة هي التي رشحته ومن ثم اختارته ولا دخل لي في نشر هذا الخبر على الاطلاق ولا للمحامي وكيلي في هذه التصريحات المفبركة .ثم أنني لم ألتق منذ شهور بأي محرر من الزميلة "الهلال" الأردنية فكيف أكون قد صرحت لها بذلك؟
ومن ناحية أخرى فإن قرارا لم يصدر من المحكمة في قصر العدل في عمان -الأردن-بهذه القضية التي وقعت وقائعها ليلة الرابع من كانون أول -ديسمبر- 2001 أي قبل شهر تقريبا من إعلان عمان عاصمة للثقافة العربية عام 2002 للعلم والتوضيح بعد تسريب شهادات الخبرة التي أدلى بها الخبيران اللذان تم تعيينهما من قبل المحكمة

Henry Miller's "The Air-Conditioned Nightmare" was written in Arabic and Tayseer Nazmi translated it into English.Then, he advises the court , being an expert to bring T.Nazmi to the court to investigate if Nazmi had taken the permission from Henry Miller personally or not before translating him into English. Please don't laugh.
He , I mean our Walter Mitty ( The Jordanian Mitty ) advises the court to do the same investigation with Nazmi concerning Israel Shahak in his " Open Secrets"
And while all this drama was going seriously in the Court in Amman in the Palace Of Justice Nazmi was bursting into laughter. That is why the court may send him to be cured in Fhais by a psychiatric and not Walter Mitty Who obtained An Oil Coupon

Although I gave the chance to my student since September 16th 1999 and another chance in 1996 to read more than to write in papers, but, in vain, all the chances that I had given him. He is still suffering ......while his cure will be in reading.Little short Mitty is always dreaming his own daydreams. Anyhow, he got in 2006 the last chance and the results of his exams will be on January 18th. 2006.
